Tomorrow will wrap up week 3! It’s been an up and down week so far. I felt pretty crappy on Tuesday, very tired and queasy. My mouth and tongue hurt and I spent most of the day sleeping. Yesterday was great however! My friend James Barsalou, also an artist, came down from Vero and we spent the day gallery hopping in Wynwood taking short breaks to sip smoothies at JugoFresh. In the evening we went over to Miami Beach so I could show him the Art Deco buildings along Ocean Drive, Books & Books, Taschen Books and the 1111 Lincoln Road parking garage designed by the internationally known Swiss architectural firm of Herzog & de Meuron. They are the same architectural firm that designed the new Perez Art Museum Miami. Looking forward to seeing my family over the weekend!
