We are getting down to the wire! Aaron’s Bar Mitzvah is in 2 days. I am so proud of him for all of the work he’s been doing and for the young man he is becoming. Studying for his Bar Mitzvah has been a wonderful process. It’s given us lots of time together and he is an eager student. It seems so strange to me that I was going through chemo when he was born and now I’m fighting oral cancer as he becomes a Bar Mitzvah. I’ll never forget the feeling of him sleeping in my arms as an infant while I was receiving chemo. Now he’s a young man offering his love and support. He is a remarkable young man!
